OATS Thrift Store is a not-for-profit, volunteer operated venture located in Kentville at the Corner COVID HOURS!

Receiving donations at donation bin adjacent to Open Arms, 32 Cornwallis St. Open for shopping Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am-3 pm
Closed, Sunday and Monday

Post COVID-19 we hope to be open 10am-4pm, Monday to Saturday

We are unable to put items on hold, sorry. OATS Thrift Store is a not-for-profit, volunteer operated venture located in Kentville at the Corner of Main & Aberd

een (across from Tan Coffee). We offer great prices on used clothing and give 100% of our profit to Open Arms' operations and programming. OATS is run by volunteers and the schedule reflects hours and availability that best suits our wonderful volunteers schedules. WHY A THRIFT STORE?
- We receive more donated items than we could ever give away and storage was becoming a serious issue.
- All profit will be given to support Open Arms' emergency shelter and housing programs. WHO WILL BENEFIT?
- People in need of clothing are our priority and are still given access to clothing for free.
- This creates a place where people can receive job training and experience.
- Profits from OATS will be used towards emergency shelter / housing programs
