Access Human Resources Inc. Access Human Resources Inc. is a community support agency funded by CLBC that has served individuals with diverse abilities since 1993.

Access Resources is an accredited community support agency. They provide a wide range of integrative and individually driven supports designed to achieve the highest level of independence and quality of life for the individuals we support. Access Resources develops and implements effective support networks that focus on individuals gaining independence and self direction within their home and in the community.
