UBCO South Asian Student Association - SASA The South Asian Student Association, aka SASA is a student-run organization aimed at spreading South Asian culture.

The club attempts to spread diversity throughout the community through organizing social gatherings and other events. SASA strives to celebrate and propagate the many countries falling under the South Asian community through heritage, food, commerce, art, thought, awareness and more at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.This club consists of, but is not limited to Indians, Pakistanis, Afg

hans, Nepalese, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans, Bhutanese and Fijian students that wish to learn about and interact with their neighboring South Asian peers. It is a chance to make new friends and is an organization that reinforces positivity, peace and love to celebrate the growing South Asian diversity we highly value at UBCO. For the Academic Year of 2021-2022, Our Executive Team Includes:
