At PURKIDS Foundation, we believe every child deserves a healthy environment to breathe easy in. ⛅️

Today we are proudly supporting the Canadian Lung Association. Their incredible work protects lung health through research, education, and advocacy, ensuring our communities have cleaner, healthier air every single day.

Together, we can help everyone breathe a little easier 🩵

Today is McHappy Day 💛

If you’ve ever spent time at Ronald McDonald House in Vancouver, there’s a good chance you recognize that big yellow slide right away.

Over the years PURKIDS has been proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities through advocacy, funding, and donations like this air purifier pictured here. 💛

We’ve had families close to our hearts spend time at Ronald McDonald Houses in both Canada and the U.S., and we know firsthand how meaningful these spaces can be. A place of comfort, community, meals, support, and moments of normalcy when families need it most.

Today, YOU can support RMHC through McHappy Day! So consider this your sign to grab that crispy Diet Coke, order the cheeseburger, and help keep families close. 💛

We did some filming this morning for the YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids event presented by the Payton and Dillon Budd Memorial Fund coming up on:

*June 7th from 10am - 2pm at Stuart Park in Kelowna!*

All funds raised stay local, directly supporting the children and youth in our community. ❤️

Today is CKNW Kids Fund Pledge Day! ✨

Our Modern PURAIR Vancouver franchise, led by owner Alex Read, presented a donation on behalf of the PURKIDS Foundation. The team was joined by Sara Dubois-Phillips, Executive Director of the CKNW Kids Fund, whose leadership continues to champion vital support for BC kids and families.

We’re honoured to support this special organization and the incredible work that they do for children living with physical, mental and social challenges in B.C.

Giving back is a big part of who we are + we look forward to many more years of partnership. 💙

Remembrance Day is a reminder that the peace and possibility we enjoy today were paid for by incredible bravery and loss.

We may never comprehend the depth of that sacrifice, but we can choose to honour it in the way we live, in how we care for one another, and in the gratitude we carry forward. ❤️‍🩹

Today we pause to honor the children who never came home, the survivors of residential schools & the families & communities whose lives were forever changed.

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and valued. Days like today remind us that reconciliation is not about looking away, it’s about listening, learning + creating spaces where kids grow up knowing that they belong.

As families, we can talk with our kids about what today means. Simple conversations at the dinner table, choosing books by Indigenous authors, or taking part in community events can help build understanding that lasts for generations.

Every child matters. Today and every day. 🧡
