Autism Okanagan Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families living with autism. Our Board of Directors is entirely volunteer based.

Autism Okanagan (AOK) is a non-profit charity located in Kelowna, BC. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families living with autism by providing programs and activities in an autism-friendly environment that facilitates friendship and community. They generously donate their time in order to keep AOK running. From general administration and accounting to creating and

organizing events and programs, this board of wonderful people is the backbone of our organization! We have social clubs, art clubs, sport clubs, and more!

Our friends at The Happy Ruth Ranch were the lucky bidders, what an amazing night they had!

Thank you, Dawson and Austin, for helping make our tournament so special and for supporting Autism Okanagan’s programs.

After the break-in at our Home for Belonging, we were heartbroken by the damage, but incredibly moved by the kindness, generosity, and support that followed.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our story, reached out, and reminded us what community truly means. Because of you, we are moving forward with even more determination to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals and families in the Okanagan.

Huge thank you to the Average Guys Who Give a Puck Tournament for choosing Autism Okanagan as one of this year’s beneficiary charities. 🏒

This incredible local tournament brings the community together for 18 holes of golf followed by a 3-on-3 hockey tournament, all in support of meaningful causes right here in the Okanagan.

We are so honoured and grateful for their support of AOK’s hockey program, alongside Project Literacy. Funds raised will help create more opportunities for connection, inclusion, and fun for neurodivergent individuals in our community.

What an incredible evening on the ice! ❤️

Almost 100 people joined us for our Autism Acceptance Family Skate, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate acceptance, inclusion, and community.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing partners and supporters: Autism BC, PLAN Okanagan, Rutland Tim Hortons, Kelowna RCMP, Wade Redden, and Jason Deleurme for helping make this event so welcoming and special.

Events like this remind us how powerful it is when our community comes together to create spaces where neurodivergent individuals and families feel accepted, supported, and included.
