UBCO Concrete Toboggan Team We are a hands-on, DIY, engineering team. Every year, we design and build a max 300lb, five-man toboggan out of steel and concrete. Interested yet? Want to join?

Each year a team of engineering students from the University of British Columbia Okanagan designs and builds a toboggan to compete in the Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race. We then race it against other teams in January at the Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race, the international competition for toboggan builders. As part of the team, you get to work in the woodshop, the metal shop, and the

structures lab doing wood frame construction, metal fabrication, and concrete mix designs and pours! We are always looking for dedicated, creative, and eager to learn members.
