Donna Bartel and Mike Pearson have done it! 🙌 After four months and 24,000 km, they have completed their incredible cross-Canada fundraising journey, Tri'ing to End ALS!

This ambitious undertaking saw the couple compete in 18 triathlons, all while raising vital funds and awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Through their travels, they had countless personal encounters that reinforced the importance of their mission. "We knew we'd meet people with connections to ALS, but we didn't expect the number – up to four or five a day at times! These stories have been what's kept us going on those hard days," said Donna.

In total, they've raised over $40,000 for ALS Societies across Canada, with 50% of the net proceeds from each province/territory staying with that region's ALS Society, and the remaining 50% will support ALS BC PROJECT HOPE at the University of British Columbia's Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health.
