Canada experienced a heartbreaking tragedy — a school shooting that took the lives of 8 innocent people and left more than 25 injured.
Among the victims were children. Children who had dreams, futures, and lives ahead of them.

We, Ukrainians living in Canada, extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and to everyone affected by this unimaginable loss.
We understand the pain of lives taken too soon and too unjustly.

Today we want to say to Canada:
You are not alone. Ukrainians stand with you!

we will gather as part of a three-day initiative of prayer and solidarity to honor the memory of those who were lost.

We invite everyone to bring toys and LED candles as symbols of remembrance and light.

🇪🇺 Kyiv has received a batch of 177 generators from the EU, — Klitschko said.

According to the Kyiv mayor, the generators have a capacity of 20–22 kW. The city will use them to power individual heating substations in residential buildings where this is technically possible.

Another shipment of 41 generators is expected to arrive in Kyiv on February 6.

За результатами опрацювання заявникам, яким буде призначено запис, на електронну пошту до кінця дня 30.01.2026 надійде повідомлення із зазначенням дати та часу візиту, а також переліку необхідних документів.

⚡️💡 Join the international fundraising campaign to provide energy equipment for Ukraine!

The initiative is launched by the MFA of Ukraine together with the Ukrainian World Congress and it continues the “Warmth from Poland for Kyiv” project.

We call on international partners, private companies, financial institutions, foundations, and corporate networks to join the fundraising effort. The raised funds will be used to purchase generators and other essential energy equipment to support Ukrainian communities, hospitals, schools, and critical infrastructure facilities that urgently need reliable power sources.

As Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, this support helps bring warmth and light back to Ukrainian homes.
The Ukrainian World Congress has a strong international network and a proven system to manage such projects transparently and efficiently.
