Options & Opportunities Options & Opportunities is an adult day program in Kamloops, BC that supports people with a wide var

Options & Opportunities offers daily and longer-term choices for participants, that include:

- Local walks and trips to area attractions

- Community participation and development

- Volunteering and support opportunities

- Music-making, dancing, and appreciation

- Physical activities and wellness programs

- Recreational and leisure-based choices


- Nutritional cooking classes and gardening experience

- Computer and internet-based learning

- Collaborative and individual artistic expression

- Participant-focused goal setting and program planning

Options & Opportunities also exists as a forum of continuous expression for participants. Since it's inception, a collective of artisans have showcased a variety of creative works throughout the city in spaces provided by the Downtown Farmer's Market, Kamloops Art Gallery, Sahali Mall, and the Kamloops Arts Council's Downtown Artwalk.
