Welcome to Eden’s Farm Sanctuary – We are a Registered Charitable Organization in Kamloops, BC, Canada that provides a life-long home and care to rescued farm animals. Eden's Way Farm Sanctuary is devoted to rescuing and caring of former farm animals who have been neglected, abused, abandoned, or surrendered as well as promoting humane and compassionate farm animal education to the public. This mi

ssion will be put into action by providing:
-A high-quality forever home for rescued farm animals that promotes their well-being and flourishing.
-A place where members of the public can interact with farm animals in their natural environments through various programs, including visitation and volunteer programs.
-Educational and community outreach programs and events where people can learn about farm animals and ways to promote cruelty-free and compassionate care for them. The vision for Eden’s Way Farm Sanctuary is to show people there is another way – the way of compassion that is extended to our fellow creatures we share this world with and to be part of creating a future where people, animals, and the natural world can all thrive and flourish together. This week the rabbits returned for the 2nd round of the TRU Vet Tech labs and it was so heartwarming to read all the students’ notes on the lovely thank you cards. I love the hoodie they gave me too!! We wish all the students the best in their future veterinary careers! We need you and thank you for caring for our animals.

One Last Dusty Ride Before the Rain 🐮🌧️

My husband took this video before it started to rain. It’s too good not to post! Watch the cowboys, ambling down the hill at their own leisurely pace while Murray follows patiently behind on the tractor — nobody in a hurry, nobody worried, just kicking up dust and living their absolute best lives. And after the summer we’ve all had, we’re glad to see all the dust clouds settle for the last time this season!

Today Basil, Benjamin, Willow, Beatty, Snoopy, and Solomon helped teach the TRU vet tech students about rabbit care. They all got exams, nail trims, and lots of love in return. Another big shout out to this program and for training our future Veterinary professionals.

Today Frances, Giddianna, Beyoncé, Blaise, Vincent, Stirling, & Dakota were the special guests for the Thompson Rivers University vet tech students’ summer lab today. They all received health exams and nail trims and are back home now happily eating dinner. We are so thankful to be invited to their teaching labs every year and for being able to give the students some hands-on practice caring for rabbits.
