The Bus Pulled In and the Magic Began! 🚌💛

Today we welcomed 25+ of the most wonderfully curious and kind-hearted kids from a local school for a very special field trip.

We don’t post photos of our young school visitors to protect their privacy (and not all parents/guardians will give permission to post photos of their kids), but trust us when we say their smiles, laughter, and thoughtful questions absolutely made our day. There is something truly special about watching children connect with our residents—many for the very first time.

A note on how we do things here: we only offer a few large group tours each year, and that’s very intentional. This is first and foremost our residents’ home, and not everyone here is a fan of big crowds. Their comfort and wellbeing always comes first.

We are still booking a few more smaller private group tours (max 12 people) through the summer on select Fridays and weekends! Whether you’re thinking of:
🌿 A family or friends outing
🏢 A unique workplace team building day
🤝 A community organization visit
…we’d love to welcome you!

Email us at [email protected] to book your visit. Spaces are limited so don’t wait too long! 💚

Looking for Their Forever Home 🐰💕 We’re helping share the word for someone who, with a heavy heart, needs to rehome her three rescued girls. These bunnies have been loved and cared for—they simply need a new chapter.

Meet the trio:
🤍 Apple - 1 year old, Rex and/or Himalayan cross. Just look at that sweet face!
🖤 Frankie - 1 year old, Rex female, stunning black and white markings
🤎 Churro - 3 year old Rex/Lionhead cross, full of personality and clearly a banana connoisseur!

A note on spaying: These girls are currently unspayed. We strongly encourage any adopter to have them spayed—it’s essential for their long-term health and significantly reduces the risk of reproductive cancers, which are sadly very common in female rabbits.

If we had the extra funds, we would take them in ourselves. But sadly we cannot afford to responsibly spay all three - it would cost approximately $900—beyond what our current finances allow. But we can help find them the loving home they deserve by spreading the word!

If you’re interested in adopting these beautiful girls, please message us and we’ll connect you directly with their owner. 💙

Please share!—every repost could be the connection that finds them their forever home! 🐰

Zachariah is all dressed up and ready to go dancing in his ‘rave party’ mask 🪩🪅🎉- it was not exactly my first choice for colours…but this is pretty much the only brand of fly masks he can’t get out of. Plus it shields his nose from the sun too!
