Empowering Moms Mentoring

Empowering Moms Mentoring Empowering Moms Mentoring Program is a designed for young moms aged 15 - 25.

Empowering Moms assists young moms who:
- have a child (may or may not have custody)
- have not yet obtained their high school diploma, or who are transitioning from high school to full-time employment, or post-secondary education/trades

Moms enrolled in the program must be willing to:
- attend school/work full-time
- maintain a "C" grade if attending school
- attend weekly meet

ings with Mentor
- establish and progress towards personal goals

The Empowering Mom's program offers:
- weekly group meetings from Sept - May
- opportunity to meet other moms
- weekly grocery vouchers
*workshop attendance required
- matched with a compatible Mentor
- goal setting - individual 9 month goal plan
- workshop providing valuable information on parenting, finances, relationships, co-parenting etc.
- counselling and program referrals
- activities and much more!
