For anyone struggling this holiday season, or any time of the year. Here are some resources available.

The holidays can be beautiful… and they can also be really hard.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, or just not okay, please know this: you don’t have to carry it alone.

Reaching out for help isn’t a weakness — it’s a brave and powerful step. Whether it’s a friend, a family member, a therapist, or a support line, there are people who care and want to listen.

If the season feels heavy, it’s okay to say so. Your feelings are valid. You matter. And help is always worth asking for.

Let’s look out for each other a little extra during the holidays

Thanks again Itec Equipment Inc for your generous donation to begin Giving Tuesday!

This Giving Tuesday, Team Itec came together with full hearts and a shared purpose...to lift up our community. Itec donated a total of $30,000.00 to four local charities, and were reminded that Giving Tuesday invites us to pause, to feel gratitude and to remember that even the simplest generosity can change a life.

We supported Rural Cupboard Food Bank because they ensure that families living beyond Thunder Bay’s city limits never feel forgotten. Their dedication brings comfort, nourishment and dignity to those who often have fewer resources close at hand.
We chose because every child deserves the peace of knowing they won’t go hungry when the school week ends. Their work protects children from facing weekends with empty stomachs and uncertain support.
Our contribution to Shelter House reflects our belief that everyone deserves warmth, safety and kindness. They stand beside individuals in their hardest moments, offering hope and a path toward stability.
And we proudly supported the Lakehead Rotary Club, a small but deeply committed group whose devotion to service creates an outsized, lasting impact. Their hands-on efforts strengthen local programs and uplift the people who depend on them.

On this day and every day, we are grateful for the chance to give — because giving reminds us of our shared humanity and the incredible difference we make when we lift others up.
