The Kahnawake Youth Forum The Kahnawake Youth Forum is an organization by Native youth and for Native youth.

The Kahnawake Youth Forum (KYF) was built to establish a permanent voice for our Community’s Youth to address their concerns and/or to gain feedback from them on various Community issues. We provide individuals ages 15-30 with the opportunity to speak their mind on local, provincial and federal issues while offering our members games, events, and trips across the province! KYF member Kanerahtenháwi Whyte will be speaking on a panel about cultural appropriation, the honoring our women exhibition and other projects in support of an Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. Stories from families and communities are key to understanding the roots of systemic violence against Indigenous women. Come hear the stories of family members and the director of "Highway of Tears" during this panel as well.
