Situated half a block from downtown services, Jasper's newly built, architecturally stunning Jasper Art Gallery is bathed in natural light and features a two-storey river rock wall, polished cast concrete floors and state-of-the-art hanging and lighting technologies. The Jasper Art Gallery is connected to the local library which is partly housed in a heritage building and offers free wireless inte

rnet. Frequently rotating exhibits, musical performances, educational offerings and special events place the Jasper Art Gallery at the hub of cultural life in Jasper National Park.

Meet our new artist member Pascale Robinson
“I try my best to visit the places my paintings depict, through hiking or other means so I can get a better feel of the place. I want to share and bring the view back down with me.” — Pascale Robinson
Born and raised right here in the heart of Jasper, Pascale’s deep connection to the Canadian Rockies shines through every brushstroke. Working across oil, acrylic, and watercolour, her canvases capture the raw spirit, light, and atmosphere of the trails she travels.
Her journey with JAG community runs deep, joining the Jasper Artists Guild while still in high school before embarking on a BFA with Honours from the University of Alberta. From large-scale public murals to sunset-lit alpine summits, Pascale continues to translate her adventures on skis, bikes, and mountain paths into extraordinary landscape art.

Growing up along the banks of the Maligne River and around Lakes Edith and Annette, our artist member Russ Mann Russ Mann developed a lifelong passion for nature and wildfowl that shines through in every piece he crafts.
With nearly three decades of wood carving experience, Russ’s award-winning sculptures have been celebrated across Western Canada and at the prestigious Ward World Championships. His exquisite work was even featured on the CBC Gem series Decoys!

A fresh flock of Russ’s signature Comfort Birds has landed at the Jasper Art Gallery! Hand-carved from a beautiful variety of woods, including Purple Heart, Wenge, Ash, Red Oak, Walnut, Pine, and Basswood, these tactile, smooth little sculptures are designed to fit warm in your hand, bringing a sense of comfort, calm, and grounded connection whenever you need it most.

Based in Jasper, Alberta, our artist member Elizabeth McLachlan( Elizabeth Laurel McLachlan • Artist ) approaches the canvas with a philosophy centered on patience, intuition, and letting go.
Born in Windsor, Ontario, with a BFA from the University of Windsor and a background in graphic design, Beth brings a deep mastery of texture, vibrant color, and movement to her work. Across photography, painting, sculpture, and beyond, her art captures the rhythmic patterns of nature and the beauty of evolution.
In her recent work, Beth has also begun transforming found broken glass, salvaged following the Jasper wildfires, into striking, one-of-a-kind art pieces. Each piece breathes new life into lost material, turning heartbreak into stories of resilience and hope.

•✨ Sales & Admin: Process sales through our point-of-sale system and complete light administrative tasks.
•✨ Gallery Care: Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gallery, and open/close following established procedures.
•✨ Art & Events: Receive and display artwork as directed, and assist with gallery events, workshops, and exhibition openings.

🌟 Qualifications:
•✨ Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
•✨ Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
•✨ Comfortable using computers and POS systems (training is provided!).
•✨An interest in art and supporting local artists is an asset.
