🍦🌭☀️ Canteen at the Beach – We Need Your Help! ☀️🌭🍦
We are excited to launch the Canteen at the Beach, another fun way to support the Lions Legacy Play Structure Project at Iroquois Beach.
We're looking for a team of enthusiastic volunteers to help make this new fundraising initiative a success. Whether you can lend a hand for a few hours or throughout the season, your time and talents will make a real difference.
The beach canteen will offer a variety of child-friendly snacks and treats for families enjoying a day by the water. From cool refreshments to tasty treats, we'll be serving smiles while raising funds to help build a lasting legacy for our community's children.

🍗🌊 Swing by the Grill for a Great Cause! 🌊🍗
The Iroquois-Matilda Lions Club is proud to kick off fundraising for the Lions Legacy Play Structure Project at Iroquois Beach with our first community fundraising event — the Chicken BBQ!
Join us on June 20th for a delicious chicken dinner and help us take the first step toward creating a new waterfront play structure where local children and families can play, explore, and make memories for years to come.
Every ticket purchased helps build the Lions Legacy Play Structure, a community project partnership between the Iroquois-Matilda Lions Club and the Municipality of South Dundas. Together, we're building a lasting legacy that will enhance one of our community's most cherished waterfront destinations.

There are a limited number of tickets so don’t delay! Pick your tickets up at Cook’s Corner in Morrisburg, Mustard’s Variety and River Rat Treasures in Iroquois, or chat with any Iroquois-Matilda Lions Club member today! Each dinner has a baked potato, a half BBQ’d chicken, baked beans, dinner roll & butter, dessert and bottled water. All that for $25 and your drive thru dinners can be picked up at the back of the Civic Centre.

As a national charity that provides Dog Guides at no cost and receives no government funding for operations, the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides is a vital fundraiser. It is our largest fundraiser event that takes place in approximately 200 communities across Canada. Donations in support of the walk support the operations of the organization – meaning breeding, veterinary care, training, and the careful matching process that sets every Dog Guide team up for success.

Every donation brings us closer to brighter futures and greater independence for Canadians who rely on these life-changing companions.

The Iroquois-Matilda Lions Club's World Famous Chicken BBQ is back — and our chickens are reportedly very nervous about it.
Join us between 3 & 6pm at the drive thru to get your mouthwatering BBQ chicken, good laughs, great company, and absolutely no judging if you are picking up seconds… or thirds. We’re Lions, not calorie counters.

Every meal helps support local Lions community projects throughout Iroquois-Matilda, so technically eating chicken is helping the community. That’s our story and we’re sticking to it.

We are proud to introduce the Lions Legacy Playground Project — a joint community initiative to create a vibrant waterfront playground where children can climb, imagine, laugh and play for years to come.

This project is about more than playground equipment. It's about building memories, strengthening our community, and creating a place where families gather, and children can play together.
