Skipping the store and making Father's Day happen from the studio scrap pile this year

I am historically terrible at buying dad gifts, so a custom, handmade photo hanger felt way more intentional. Added a classic motorcycle vibe because you can never go wrong making it personal 🏍️

Drop a photo of your favorite, oldest, or most unusual studio tool in the comments below and tell us why you love it!

We all have that one item. It’s definitely not the prettiest, it’s probably not the newest, and it might not even be a proper art tool—but if it ever went missing, the entire creative process would come to a grinding halt.

Whether it's a 20-year-old pair of pliers passed down to you, a heavily stained paintbrush you refuse to toss, a random kitchen utensil you upcycled for your craft, or just a trusty sidekick tool you use for literally everything... we want to see it!

Let’s see what’s keeping the local creative engine running this week! 👇

Weekend Wrap-Up: Iroquois Falls talent is everywhere! ✨

Spent Saturday celebrating our incredible regional creative scene. We loved seeing our hometown small businesses thriving at the Mountjoy Farmers' Market, and we stumbled upon a beautiful surprise feature shelf for Iroquois Falls author and artist Art by Janet Reid at the Commons Makers Co-op!

To top off a perfect maker-filled day, we ended the evening getting inspired at a hat burning workshop. 🔥🤠

Northern Ontario’s creative community keeps growing, and we are so proud to cheer it on. Swipe to see our favorite weekend finds! 👉

Happy from the IFAC! 🌲🛠️

Check out this fantastic handmade creation by By the River Fabrication! They’ve perfectly paired welded steel feet and a sleek neck with a beautiful river rock body to create a sculpture full of northern charm.

We think this little guy needs a name! What would you name him? Leave your best suggestions in the comments! 👇

Nature moves at its own pace. 🌿✨

The recent weather may have hit the pause button on our sunflowers' growth spurt, but there is beauty in the slow moments. These tiny green sprouts are still quietly doing their thing, getting ready for brighter days.

Just like any great project, growth takes time. Stay tuned for more updates! 🌻
