With very heavy hearts, we share that One Plane Away will be closing its doors.

Over the past 10 years, this organization has been so much more than a service, it’s been a community. We’ve met so many incredible people, shared countless meaningful moments, and done work we are deeply proud of. The stories, connections, and impact will stay with us forever.

This decision comes following the loss of our most significant funder. Life in the North is hard, and sustaining meaningful, community-driven work requires stable support. We truly hope that funding for initiatives like this returns in the future, because the need is real and the impact matters.

While we are deeply saddened, we are also incredibly grateful for every volunteer, supporter, donor, partner, and community member who believed in this work and walked alongside us over the last decade. ❤️

We will be accepting donations until March 1, 2026, and we will continue to send out Care Boxes while supplies last.

Thank you for 10 unforgettable years. Thank you for believing in One Plane Away. Goodbye for now 💙✈️
