Spring Lake Ski Hill AGM — We Need Our Community! 🎿

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up!

📅 Wednesday, October 14, 2026
⏰ 7:00 PM
📍 Spring Lake Ski Hill

Getting the hill ready and open for another season takes a community, and we can’t do it without our volunteers! ❤️

We currently have Board positions available, along with a variety of volunteer opportunities for anyone who wants to get involved.

Whether you can help regularly or just lend a hand when you’re available, every bit of help makes a difference.

And yes — we offer some great volunteer incentives as a thank-you for helping keep our community ski hill running! ⛷️🏂

Come out to the AGM to learn more about what’s planned for the upcoming season, where we need help, and how you can get involved. No commitment required — come hear what we’re all about!

📧 Questions or interested in helping but can’t attend? Email us at [email protected]

See you at the hill! ❄️🎿

DRUM ROLL PLEASE 🥁!

The one you’ve all been waiting for…

Meet Kara, our AMAZING president 🎉!!

Let’s show Kara some love! Drop a note below ❤️.

This season, she’s been the reason plans were made, meetings actually happened, and things didn’t fall apart. If something went wrong, Kara was already on it (and likely getting hubby and fellow board member Brad lined up to help fix it too).

For the Board, the season is not done yet and she keeps everything moving, keeps us organized, and somehow makes it all look easy.

Kara you have done an INCREDIBLE job this season! Thank you for your passion and grit!

To a Season to Remember 🍷 ❤️

I think you know who our final two Board members are!

If you’ve been at the hill at all you have seen Alyssa buzzing around in every area - rentals, tidying up, serving food, flipping burgers, brewing coffee.

It’s people with a heart like Alyssa that keeps this hill moving!

THANK YOU for everything you did this season!

Meet Brian!

Brian has been the passionate mover behind the Spring Lake Ski Hill for…forever!

Brian is our County of GP Rep and the guy who helps turn “this would be a great idea” into “okay, here’s how we actually do it.”

He brings the county perspective to the table, so he understands the bigger picture — land use, permits, how things fit into the community long-term.

He was instrumental in getting this hill up and running two years ago.

We literally would not be here if not for this incredible leader!

THANK YOU, BRIAN!

Meet Sherri!

She’s our kitchen master and the reason many of you show up.

She’s inside running the kitchen like a machine. If there’s chili on, burgers going, or hot chocolate pouring, Sherri has a hand in it.

On the board, she brings organization, hustle, and that kind of practical problem solving you only get from handling a rush of skiers who all decide they need fries at the exact same time.

Thanks for keeping the people running (or skiing!). ❄️🍔☕

We pause our Board shout outs to bring you a vital member of the team!

Rayne is so good with the kids and helped countless new snowboarders this season find their feet (or boards!) on the Hill!

This season would not have been as great without you ❤️🏂
