The Northern Mentors is a dedicated community Motorcycle Charity focused on safeguarding children and supporting families. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for kids, ensuring their well being and growth.

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

Today, we take a moment to remember.

We honour the children who never made it home, the survivors who continue to carry the weight of what they endured, and the families and communities who have been affected across generations.

Today is about listening. It’s about learning. It’s about acknowledging the truth of what happened and understanding that reconciliation isn’t something that happens in a single day.

As a group that believes strongly in community, family, and looking out for our kids, we recognize the importance of standing together with Indigenous communities and making space to hear their stories, their experiences, and their truths.

We may not have all the answers, but we can choose to listen. We can choose to learn. And we can choose to do better.

Today, and every day, we remember the children.
We honour the survivors.
We stand with the families.
And we carry the responsibility to never forget.

WHAT. A. DAY. ❤️🏍️🚗

Today at Sharon Temple was one we won’t soon forget.

Kruze-A-Paldoza & Bikefest brought together the Highway 11 Cruisers, Fallen Riders Support Team, Northern Mentors Charity Riders, and an incredible community for a day filled with cars, motorcycles, friendship, laughter and, most importantly, people coming together for a purpose.

And today, NORTHERN MENTORS SMASHED OUR GOAL!

After months of selling tickets for our 2008 Saxon Firestorm raffle, we finally got to draw the winning ticket.

Congratulations to Tim, aka “Happy Hippy,” who came out on top and is now the proud winner of the Saxon Firestorm! 🏍️🔥

Seeing that bike go to its new owner was an incredible moment—but what that raffle represents means even more to us.

Every ticket purchased was someone saying, “We believe in what you’re doing.”

Every person who stopped at our booth, shared our posts, bought a ticket, donated, volunteered, brought their family out or simply shook our hands helped Northern Mentors continue doing what we started this club to do:

HELP US HELP KIDS.

Northern Mentors is heading into our third year, and when we look back at where we started compared to where we are today, it’s hard to put into words what this community has given us.

The support keeps growing. The friendships keep growing. The family keeps growing.

We have met some absolutely incredible people along this journey—people and organizations who don’t just talk about community, but SHOW UP for it.

To the Fallen Riders Support Team and the Highway 11 Cruisers—thank you for having our backs, standing beside us and helping make today what it was. We are proud to stand beside you.

And to every single person in the community who has supported Northern Mentors: THANK YOU.

You are helping a young club build something bigger than any one of us.

We’re building friendships.
We’re building partnerships.
We’re helping families.
We’re standing up for kids.
We’re creating memories.
And we’re building a community that we hope people will still be talking about decades from now.

Today wasn’t just about cars.
It wasn’t just about motorcycles.
And it wasn’t just about winning a Saxon.

Today was about COMMUNITY.
