We want to take a minute to celebrate Cynthia Heidman who is retiring this month from her role as Finance Director at Camp Mini-Yo-We after thirty years. Cynthia has served as a cornerstone of our ministry. She has worked diligently behind the scenes managing the complexity of Camp finances while treating stewardship as a profound act of worship. Whether navigating the day-to-day details or helping steer Mini-Yo-We through challenging seasons like the COVID-19 pandemic, Cynthia’s quiet competence, steady presence, and personal warmth served to protect and hold the team together.

"Now, as I step into retirement, I do so with peace and gratitude. Peace in knowing that this ministry is strong, rooted, and faithful. Gratitude for the privilege of serving in a role often unseen, yet deeply meaningful. I leave knowing that while balance sheets close and fiscal years end, the impact of this camp continues—changing lives, shaping faith, and pointing people toward Christ."
