Here's something to do on a Sunday in May!
May the 4th be with you!
Spring SINGFEST ‘25! ‘Closer to Fine”

A 1- Day Festival for Singers! Register now! Limited spots available!
Everyone is welcome. No need to read music, we teach you your part.
A fantastic chance to sing four great songs in harmony with your friends and a live band!
Sunday May 4, 2025, 10am – 3pm at the Port Sydney Community Hall, 607 Muskoka Road 10.
A historic hall with a large deck, to eat your lunch on, overlooking Mary Lake.
Pack a cooler with your lunch and drinks and maybe bring a snack for the Snack Table.

· Closer to Fine– Indigo Girls – Classic folk harmonies
· How Deep is Your Love – Bee Gees – Fun to sing harmonies
· Love My Way – Psychedelic Furs – Easy to learn so cool to sing
· The Game of Love – Santana – A blast from the past

SPRING SINGFEST ’25! Schedule
9:30 – 10:00am Get music, coffee, meet and greet, organise into sections
10:00 – 10:50am Session 1 (learning rhythms and sectional harmonies)
10:50 – 11:00am Washroom and longish snack break (20min)
11:00 - Noon Session 2 (strengthening rhythms and harmonies)
Noon – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00 – 1:50pm Session 3 (putting it all together with the band)
1:50 – 2:00pm Washroom and shortish snack break (10min)
2:00 - 3:00pm Full Performances with the band
