Great to see Topley 4H out and about with a group of fellow 4H-ers from Manitoba! They are in the area for a week and recently toured a logging operation and dairy farm.

Dungate Community Forest is building a list of local logging contractors as it looks towards future harvesting opportunities.

If interested, please submit an email to [email protected] by August 15, including company name, primary contact person, phone number and email, physical address, WorkSafeBC numbers and two references from successful operations.

Submissions will only be accepted from contractors from the Houston area and Bulkley Valley. Particular focus given to those with experience and capacity for small scale, innovative or salvage-type logging.

Respondents must be BC Forest Safety Council certified and registered with WorkSafeBC.

*Listing on the qualified contractors list is not a guarantee of work.
