Hornby and Denman Community Health Care Society We are islanders helping islanders! Today the Society employs over 50 staff and continues offering services as well as many other programs.

Since 1979 our non-profit society and registered charity has been supporting the wellbeing of islanders with a wide range of community based programs and services. The Society began in 1979 as a non-profit society and registered charity, working with the health authority to provide essential services to islanders.
