Oceans Holyrood Initiative - OHI Located on Canada’s east coast, Holyrood is the ideal location for all ocean-related industries.

The primary goal of the OHI is to enable those engaged in ocean-related activities to have access to cold, clean water in order to develop technologies and techniques that positively affect the ocean sector. With access to some of the coldest waters in the world, a pristine harbour with world-class research facilities, and ample land available for development, Holyrood is the place to be.

📢 Request for Proposals - Cold Ocean Business Development/Research & Innovation Park 🌊

The Town of Holyrood is inviting proposals from qualified developers for the purchase, servicing, and development of approximately 19.764 hectares (48.83 acres) of land located off Blue Ocean Drive (Town Centre).

The proposed development will establish a Cold Ocean Business Development/Research & Innovation Park focused on business, research, education, and innovation opportunities.
