📢 Discovery Camp Refund & Credit Reminder 📢

As stated in our Policy Manual, refunds will only be issued at the end of Discovery Camp. Credits may be applied to your account if you choose to use them for any remaining Discovery Camp days.

Families receiving a refund will be contacted in late September to October when cheques are ready for pick up.

If you choose to keep the credit on your account, it must be used by December 31, 2026 and can be used for any HKFS drop in days as well.

⏰ July Day selection for Discovery Camp opens this coming Monday June 1st at 10:30 AM for all age groups. Don’t miss it!

The "attendance reservations" tab will pop up at the time of registrations!

**When selecting your July registration days, the system will ask for card information even if you have a credit on your account. Any credit will automatically be applied first, and only the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged.

To make registration day quicker and easier, we recommend adding your payment method ahead of time. **

Be sure to watch the YouTube video below for instructions on how to make a reservation using the Child Pilot app. A step-by-step instruction manual on how to select days is also included below. Please refer to it if you have any questions regarding reservations.
