As the season comes to a close at Apex Mountain, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what it’s meant to be part of the South Okanagan Boundary Ski Patrol team this year.
The conditions didn’t always make things easy, but through it all, our team showed up. Day after day, with resilience, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to keeping our mountain community safe.
What stands out most isn’t just the work we did, but how we did it. The support for one another, the shared laughs on long days, and the strong sense of camaraderie made this season something truly special.
It’s a reminder that great teams aren’t built on perfect conditions, but on people who have each other’s backs no matter what.
To every patroller, volunteer, and supporter, thank you.
Here’s to a season full of growth, teamwork, and memorable moments.
We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
