Coaches corner: a huge thank you to our exceptional trio of swim coaches! Aliviah, Mazie and Percy led the team all summer long! From lesson planning, creative dry land warm ups, to skills and drills, swim meet prep, coaching meets and planning a day of fun, our coaches did it all. Thanks for another great season!

HEEAT was at the 172th Harrow Fair all weekend long, rain or shine! Did you know that HEEAT is deeply rooted in the community, has been running for over 30 years, and is responsible for cleaning and refreshing the 2 main washrooms during the Harrow Fair? A huge thank you to all the HEEAT swimmers, families, and board
members that donated their time and energy at the Harrow Fair this weekend!
