We’ve all been there: you’re having a stellar BBQ, the vibes are high, and then—plop—your favourite mushroom makes a break for it through the grill grates. 🫠 Not on our watch!

This , we’re keeping your mushrooms ON the grill with a few pro tips:

➡️ If you’re working with the big guys (shoutout to portabellas), treat them like the steaks they are. Stem off, oil on, and let them hang out gill-side up for about 12 minutes.
➡️ For the little guys like buttons or criminis, skewers are your best friend. A little 10-minute tan on the grill (with a few flips), and you’ve got a char-grilled masterpiece!
