🌞 SPLASH Centre Closed for Summer Holidays🌞

After a busy and rewarding summer filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments, our team is taking a well-deserved break! The SPLASH Centre is currently closed for staff summer holidays as we rest and recharge for an exciting season of fall programming.

💙 We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us this summer—your energy and support made it one to remember.

Today, we celebrate the incredible young people who bring energy, creativity, compassion and leadership to our communities every single day. 💙

At SPLASH, we are incredibly proud of the contributions of our youth. They are volunteers, leaders, mentors, program participants, advocates, employees and role models — and they make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around them.

Today, we especially want to celebrate the amazing young people on our Summer Day Camp team! ☀️ These incredible youth are creating a summer filled with fun, friendship, learning and memories for children throughout our region. Through their patience, enthusiasm, creativity and leadership, they are showing younger children what it means to be a positive role model and an active member of their community.

To all of the youth who are part of the SPLASH family — we see you, we value you, and we are SO proud of you! 💙

There are different field trips planned this week. Tuesday’s trip is for the two oldest groups and the littles will have theirs on Friday.
Permission slips and waivers must be signed to attend.

We’re bursting with pride for Morgan & Sara — our amazing Summer Day Camp Coordinator and Inclusion Coordinator — who powered their way to 🥇GOLD🥇 in Race #10: City of St. John’s Labour Senior Women’s at today’s St. John’s Regatta! 🚣‍♀️🏆

From the SPLASH Centre to the Regatta course, these two are showing us what teamwork, determination, dedication and a whole lot of heart can do! 💙
