During our Fourth Degree meeting in May, an important part of our gathering was the opportunity for all of us to show our devotion and adoration to Christ's merciful heart, our refuge in times of trouble. We were thankful that Sir Knight Phil Fahey brought the Knights of Columbus 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 Pilgrim Icon to our assembly.

Thanks to Sir Knight Phillip Fahey, Father Robert Elford, and 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐮𝐞 for promoting the Knights of Columbus Pilgrim Icon Program.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus icon was presented at Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue. Sir Knight Philip Fahey, Theresa Heffern, Shirley Pike, and Father Robert Elford are pictured with the SHJ Icon as parishioners reflect on the love and compassion that Jesus has for humanity. 🙏

Dalton Assembly continues to carry out Patriotic programs that are meaning for the members and community at large. At our AGM in St. John’s earlier this month our Assembly received the Civic Award for programs last Fraternal Year. Events like our 911 Prayer Service in September, activities on July 1st and November 21st, Canada Flag Day on February 15th, and so on. 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟓𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬!

It is with deep sadness that Dalton Assembly 1645 bids farewell to Brother Sir Knight Kevin Lynch, a Honorary Life member of Dalton Assembly, and Dalton Council. Brother Knight Kevin passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Please keep his family in your prayers, and may he rest in peace.
