YAC is a group of motivated youth from Hamilton between the ages of 13-25. We work with Hamilton Community Foundation to raise funds and use these funds to support youth leadership in the city. Since 2001, we've made almost 200 grants to support countless youth-led projects. We meet most Thursdays at HCF's offices and try to get out into Hamilton as much as we can to learn about our city.
