And just like that… this incredible journey has come to an end. ❤️🐉🇨🇦

Four years of planning, hard work, excitement and anticipation — and the thrill of finally being on the international stage with 4,500 paddlers from around the world. What an incredible, emotional experience!

We leave with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and the privilege of meeting and connecting with amazing women from so many countries. 🌎❤️

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible France Committee for all their hard work, dedication, and for patiently answering our endless questions over the past four years! 😉🇫🇷

And to our coaches, supporters, family, friends and everyone who shared this journey with us — thank you for believing in us and being part of something so special.

We came to Aix-les-Bains to race… but we leave with so much more. Memories, friendships, pride and a whole lot of gratitude. ❤️

We are so incredibly grateful and humbled to celebrate this win at the IBCPC. A huge thank you to our amazing coaches, our KAB family, and all our family and friends who have supported and cheered us on every step of the way.

What a way to make your international racing debut! Our second KAB boat, Knot A Breast de Nouveau, made up of our incredible intermediate paddlers, took on their first 200m heat — and they absolutely ROCKED IT! 💪🥁

For many of these paddlers, this is their first international race, and watching them step onto the world stage with confidence, determination and KAB spirit has made us incredibly proud. 🌎❤️

You showed what teamwork, courage and a whole lot of heart can do. Every stroke mattered, and you gave it everything you had!

🥁🔥 FIRST RACE — AND WE TOTALLY ROCKED IT! 🇨🇦❤️

Our first heat of the 200m race is in the books! Lane 3 — and KAB came ready to RACE! 🚣‍♀️💪

The energy, the power, the teamwork… we brought it! 🔥 Every stroke was strong, every paddler gave it everything, and the roar of our team could be felt all the way down the course!

So proud of these incredible women and the way we showed up on the world stage. 🌎🇨🇦

🇨🇦❤️ What an incredible day! ❤️🇨🇦

Yesterday, 4,500 paddlers from around the world came together for the Opening Ceremonies and Parade of Nations, celebrating life, health, strength, friendship and the amazing journeys that brought us all here. 🌎🐉

Walking proudly with our Canadian flag and representing KAB was such a special experience. Seeing so many countries, so many teams and so many incredible survivors celebrating together was truly inspiring. 🇨🇦❤️🌍

It was a long day, but filled with laughter, music, fun and plenty of unforgettable moments. And while the rain and bad weather postponed our first day of racing, it has only added to the excitement!

Now we’re ready to get on that water, paddle hard and show the world what Knot A Breast is made of! 💪🐉🇨🇦

What an incredible moment for our KAB family—proudly walking together in the Parade of Nations at the Opening Ceremonies, holding our Canadian flag high and representing our country with so much pride. 🇨🇦🐉

After four years of dreaming, planning, fundraising and training, this moment feels almost surreal. To stand alongside breast cancer survivors from around the world, united by our stories, our strength and our love of dragon boating, is truly something special. 💕🌎

We are proud to wear the maple leaf, proud to be Knot A Breast, and incredibly proud to represent Canada on this international stage.
