McMaster University Chinese Students and Scholars Association

McMaster University Chinese Students and Scholars Association MACCSSA serves to provide and to make McMaster University the most memorable experience for all our members.

MACCSSA (McMaster University Chinese Students and Scholars Association) is an organization under McMaster Student Union， mainly consisted of Chinese students from Mainland China. It is a non-profit organization recognized by the Chinese Embassy with the purpose to comprehensively promote communications and recreations among students and scholars. MACCSSA has more than 30 years of history ever sinc

e the first government-sponsored oversee student from Mainland China to Canada in the 1980s. The association currently has more than 2100 registered members from various faculties of McMaster, consisted of students and their family members. The association does not only accept international students but also attracts Chinese immigrants and Canadian Chinese.
