What does growth look like at L’Arche Hamilton?
Sometimes it looks like a new friendship.
Sometimes it’s trying something for the first time.
Sometimes it’s discovering a talent you didn’t know you had.
Sometimes it’s having a place where people know your name, value your contribution and are genuinely happy you’re there.
Our programs are growing, and that means more opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities to participate, connect and belong.
And we’re not finished.
Our next goal is to expand our live-in supports and create more opportunities for people to experience life in a L’Arche home.
There is more room to make. More lives to touch. More community to build.
This Thanksgiving, will you help us continue growing?

Ability Walk and Roll 2026!! Thank you so much to everyone! Our musicians, volunteers, speakers, performers, fashion models, walkers & rollers, mascots, City of Hamilton, community organizations and beyond who helped us celebrate all abilities and I think we did just that! What a day! Amazing group of people in Hamilton who made this 10th anniversary of building inclusion in our city!
