DECA Westdale

DECA is a business, and marketing based "competition" that occurs every year. Also, you do not have to be a business student to join.

It's an experience in which students are exposed to a professional atmosphere and learn their ways around formalities. DECA is really a chance to network within your peers and socialize with students all over the world. First, the primary competition is near home - at copps coliseum in which everyone in the local area attends; you get a chance to meet with new people, dress formally, and get a cha

nce to impress. After this competition, every individual is scored - the ones who score high enough pass on to the toronto sherton hotel competition - regionals - in which they would be able to stay with doing a singles, spoken case study. Students that don't score high enough can switch to written or doubles.
