The Official Page of BGC Hamilton-Halton (Boys & Girls Clubs of Hamilton). This page will be maintained and updated by the Staff of BGC Hamilton-Halton and will keep all members posted on upcoming events and events from the past. More than seventy-five years ago, dedicated and visionary members of the Kiwanis Club of Hamilton East recognized the need for quality programs and recreational opportunities for children and youth and opened Hamilton's very first Boys and Girls Club in the northeast end of the city. BGC Hamilton-Halton now draws more than 4,000 children and youth from across the city and operates in multiple locations to better meet the needs of families in diverse neighbourhoods. In addition to the BGC Hamilton-Halton on Ellis Avenue, services are provided through multiple neighbourhood sites, which include EarlyON Centres, Sanford Club and Roxanne Club. Before and after school programs, child care, and our Let's Get Moving after school program are offered in various sites and elementary schools in Hamilton.

Through This Way Onward, a partnership between Old Navy and BGC Canada, young people have opportunities to gain skills, build confidence and take steps toward their futures.

Support like this helps us provide opportunities for youth to learn, grow and develop workplace skills in a supportive environment. 🌟

We’re grateful to Old Navy and BGC Canada for investing in young people and helping create more opportunities for them to move forward.

When young people have someone in their corner and opportunities to grow, it can make a real difference. 👏

🎃Pumpkins aren’t just for carving! Come explore them in a whole new way at the Bernie Morelli EarlyON.

Children can investigate pumpkins outdoors through touch, smell, scooping and sensory play. It’s a hands-on opportunity to explore textures, scents and the different ways we can interact with this seasonal favourite.

Expect curious little hands, lots of exploring and maybe a little pumpkin-covered fun! 💚
