Getting kids muddy since 2009. 🌲 ARK mixes trail running, navigation, and cross-country into one weekly adventure for ages 6+. Some of our first ARK kids now race for Team Canada.

We’re cancelling the FREE Beginner Navigation Clinic we’d scheduled for this evening at Gage Park 😟. The good news is it’s been rescheduled to September 23rd. There are still a few spots open for that evening as well as for Wednesday Sept 9 at Westdale’s Churchill Park and Wednesday Sept 16 at Bayfront Park. We’re hosting free navigation clinics right here in Hamilton, no experience needed, all ages and abilities welcome. An hour of hands-on instruction, then a run or walk putting it into practice in the park.

Clinics run 5–7pm at parks across Hamilton through September, made possible by the City of Hamilton’s Enrichment Fund. 🙏
