A few highlights from celebrating Rev. David Hann today! We’re grateful for his retired supply ministry with us that rolled into 18 months long.
The choir and band were amazing, singing a special rendition of Queens, “I want to break free” ⛓️‍💥 🎶🎤 happy retirement, David!
If you have one of those full choir pics, feel free to drop one in the comments. So much joy in the room!

Third times a charm! Let's try for the youth car wash again this Sunday (last try)! Our KOGA youth car wash will be at St. John's this Sunday, June 14th at 2pm. There is a $10 suggested donation per car, and all funds will go toward supporting youth ministry. 🚗💦🪣🧽

Rain Plan, (hopefully not....) KOGA (youth) meet in the hall and bring card/board games and chill out together 🎲♟️🃏

A little snippet of Youth@Region from last weekend! St. John's had 3 youth attending, a home group leader and one of the co-directors! Thank you to the UCW for helping to sponsor our youth to attend. It was a great weekend to look at church 101 for the 101 anniversary of the United Church of Canada ⛪🫶

A Warm Thank You, St. John's!
On Sunday, May 31st, I was officially admitted into the order of ministry in the United Church of Canada! What a journey this has been, made all the more important to continue to serve this wonderful congregation. If you weren't such a great church I don't know that I would have stuck with it, but you've wormed your way into my heart! I'm delighted to now be your Family Minister. Thank you to those who made the drive to Wolfville; to those who took on leadership in Fall River to allow others to attend; to the many who joined in spirit; and even the former KOGA member who watched the livestream and sent texts throughout the service! I am forever blessed by your care and love. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. And, a thank you also for the beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered in person by Lois Miller, a co-chair of council, on the congregations behalf, they are beautiful. In love, and ministry, Rev. Jenny
