Mentor African and Caribbean nurses through the Africa‑Caribbean Nursing Continuum Program (ACNCP).

We’re seeking experienced or retired nurses of African or Caribbean descent, based in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, who wish to support internationally educated nurses on their licensure journey.

As a mentor, you’ll help guide nurses through the Canadian nursing landscape, share your lived experience, and contribute to a more equitable healthcare system. Orientation and training are provided, along with an honorarium for participation.

If you’re passionate about strengthening representation and supporting the next generation of nurses, we’d love to hear from you.
