We have four Level 1 training opportunities coming up in New Brunswick:
🟢 Dorchester (Tantramar) - Sept 11 open to all
🔵 Parlee Beach - Sept 18
🟢 New River Beach - Sept 25
🔵 Miramichi - Oct 30

We also have a Level 2 opportunity in Halifax on Oct 15-16

Join TransCoastal Adaptations and CBWES staff for our first Coastal Appreciation Week event: Exploring the Coast Through Art!

This is a FREE opportunity for you to hang out with some coastal scientists and ask any burning questions you might have about the coast, while making art with materials found on the beach!

This is a low-pressure, family friendly event at a public beach. We will be walking through sand, gravel paths, on boardwalks, and cobble beaches, so please wear footwear that can handle multiple terrains. We are happy to choose a path that is accessible for all who join!

Call for abstracts by Monday, February 2! TransCoastal Adaptations is organizing the 2026 Nature-Based Solutions for Coastal Resilience Conference. It's taking place June 22-24, 2026 at Saint Mary's University Halifax, with a theme of "Reimagining nature-based solutions in coastal systems".
