Halifax Boardwalk Adventure

Join us for a morning adventure of the Halifax Boardwalk! We’ll explore the Seaport Farmers Market, enjoy a walk along the waterfront, and stop by the snack and food huts that are still open.

Join us this month for Pottery Club, Friday afternoons at Club Halifax!

This beginner-friendly workshop series is open to new and returning participants. Learn hand-building techniques, experiment with pottery tools, and try our accessible pottery wheels while creating your own mugs, bowls, plates, ornaments, and more.

We’re excited to introduce our new online Event Calendar, making it easier than ever to find upcoming programs, events, and opportunities across our community hubs!

Our Event Calendar can be found on our website under the “Activities” tab.

As we plan more events, programs, and opportunities, they’ll be added to the calendar so you can easily stay up to date with what’s happening. Over time, we’ll also be gradually moving select program registrations online.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we’ve worked to get this new system up and running. We’re excited to have a more accessible and convenient way to share everything happening at Prescott Group!

This Thursday, we’re getting the Prescott community moving! 💗

Join us for our annual Prescott Walk-A-Thon at the Emera Oval! Walk, roll, ride, or move your way around the Oval with us as we come together to raise funds and celebrate our amazing Prescott community.

Prescott Group, Pinkie's Thrift, North End Baking Co. & Café, and The Club Inclusion will be closed on Wednesday, September 30, to observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We will reopen for regular programming and business hours on Thursday, October 1.

Cost: $10 at the door (cash only)
No registration required — everyone is welcome!

🎟 50/50 Raffle
Tickets: $5 each, 3 for $10, or 10 for $20 (Cash only)
Winner takes home ½ of the total money raised!
The 50/50 draw is at 8pm. **You must be present to win**

Supper Club September 26th!

Join us at Club Halifax for a fun evening of cooking, sharing a meal, and connecting with friends.

When: Saturday, September 26th, 4pm to 8pm

Menu: Curry Chicken, Rice, Naan, Green Salad, and Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Cost: $30 per participant, paid at the session by cash, debit/credit card, or cheque

Join us tomorrow at Club Halifax for our first Soup Club of the fall! Come by and enjoy a delicious bowl of homemade Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato & Basil Soup.

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2:30pm until sold out!

$6/bowl (cash payment preferred)

You can dine in with us or take your soup to go!

Our soup is gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, and is homemade with care by participants in our Recreation, Volunteering & Business programs.
