Halifax Regional CAP Association Do you know where you can access the internet, new technology and training? Since 2000 HRC@P has provided support to Community Access Programming (C@P) sites.

HRC@P is a network of sites providing access across HRM. HRC@P represents our sites on municipal and provincial levels. C@P sites serve the general public with some sites having special services or access for specific groups, i.e. seniors, the homeless, youth at risk, and people who have low literacy and learning disabilities. Many C@P sites offer computer training including MS Office, Internet sa

fety, GPS, video podcasting, and web page development. HRC@P also provides employment assistance services via our Job Search Services (JSS). HRC@P runs seasonal intern programs to help youth prepare for the workforce, which can provide internships for up to 25 students.
