Hope for Mental Health A non profit organization supporting Nova Scotians directly/indirectly affected by any mental illness or mental health concerns.

Hope For Mental Health provides a variety of programs and services for people living with a mental illness and their family/friends. These programs promote and support living well in the community. โ€œLiving Well in Community,โ€ is about providing the necessary supports to individuals with lived experience, which enables them to experience recovery and to live a full life as part of the community. rticipants develop skills and knowledge about how to access supports empowering them to live in community and to develop the ability to recognize when added supports are needed to remain in community.

Action Anxiety Day 2026 is observed on June 10 in Canada to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide support for people experiencing anxiety.

The official hashtag for Action Anxiety Day is , which means:

๐Ÿ’šA for awareness: raising awareness about anxiety and educating about trusted, evidence-based resources for coping with anxiety.
๐Ÿ’šC for colors: wearing anxiety awareness colors (blue and orange) on June 10 to show support and start conversations about the campaign.
๐Ÿ’šT for talking: sharing your stories about anxiety and encouraging others to share theirs to show people struggling with anxiety that they are not alone and break the stigma together.

The ROSE clinic is receiving higher than usual call volumes recently and may be delayed in responding. Calls are being triaged and responded to according to urgency.
