And that's a wrap for another incredible summer samba season! Our last show was at the Nova Multifest and we're now shut down until September.

We're playing Fam Fest in early September and then regular public practices start on September 18th. If you've ever wondered what it was like to play in Halifax's only samba band, that will be the time to sign up.

We welcome everybody regardless of experience. We provide the instruments and all. Very affordable too at just $10 a week and nobody is turned away for lack of funds.

We are so grateful to our amazing band leaders and the people who make everything happen behind the scenes. And of course to you, our fans and supporters. Without you, it just wouldn't be the same.
