Santa for Seniors 2026 registration is now open!

We’re getting ready to bring a little extra Christmas cheer to our SageWell community this holiday season.

Registration is currently open to SageWell program participants only until November 1st. If spaces remain after November 1st, we will open registration to other community members.

Space is limited, so we encourage participants to register early.

Now imagine playing them LIFE-SIZE!

Join us this Friday at 10:00 a.m. for a fun morning of Life-Size Games as part of our Try It program.

We’ll be bringing some familiar favourites to life with games designed to get us moving, laughing and having fun together.

Try It is designed with different mobility levels in mind, so you can participate in a way that works for you. No experience needed — just come ready to give something new a try!

🎨 ART & SOUL SAMPLER – THREE CREATIVE MONDAYS!

Come try something new this fall with our Art & Soul Sampler Series! These relaxed, hands-on sessions are a chance to explore different art activities, learn something new and enjoy a creative afternoon with others.

Both of our locations are CLOSED today in recognition of National Truth and Reconciliation day. There will be NO programs today, September 30th. 🧡

We encourage you take this take time to reflect on the history of colonization here in Canada. Looking for something to do? Below are a few opportunities to honour this day by learning more about our history!

📍Maritime Museum of the Atlantic- the free Ta’n me’j Tel-keknuo’ltiek: How Unique We Still Are exhibit reflects how Mi’kmaw people remain connected to the lands and waters of Mi’kma’ki.

📍 Museum of Natural History- Their exhibit Pjila’si (opened March 2025), meaning “welcome” in Mi’kmaw, is an award-winning interactive space that celebrates Mi’kmaw culture. It brings to life the knowledge, skills, and adaptability of the Mi’kmaw people throughout history and to this day.
