Our story

The Ski Atlantic Seniors Club is for active enthusiastic seniors who enjoy the outdoors and love to ski. It was founded in 1989 by Kell Antoft to help retired seniors enjoy a sport that makes winter a joyous experience in our wondrous outdoors. The healthy, active and positive lifestyle he promoted and encouraged is shared by all members of the Club. The fact that he was skiing at age 81, only a few months prior to his death in January of 2005, is a great inspiration to all of us. Enthusiastic volunteers serving as Officers and Directors of the Club.

In cooperation with Atlantic Ski Area Association the annual skiing membership, available through the Club, is accepted by three ski hills in Nova Scotia and three in New Brunswick. Members may ski at any or all of our fine participating hills, whenever or wherever the spirit moves them.
