We are hearing of events whereas the contractor was sent away for not having secondary securement on an asphalt dump truck. Calls were made to our office for clarification.
Bungee cords are not a safe means of securement if the latches fail on an asphalt truck.
Accidents are costly whether it is 'time' or 'money'. It all counts.
