IBEW Local 1928 Members, make your voice heard! ✊

The federal government has introduced Bill C-39, which proposes changes to how the government can intervene in federal labour disputes.

While the bill proposes new rules around these powers, concerns remain about the potential impact on free collective bargaining and workers’ right to strike.

We encourage members to use the link below to contact their local MP and call for amendments to Bill C-39 that protect workers’ rights and the right to strike.

One last climb before the next chapter⚡ Last week marked the last day of class for this group of Power and Utility Line Work students at NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus. Over the past year they've studied, trained, climbed, learned to work safely as a team and built the skills needed to help keep communities connected. Next stop: the workforce.
