This morning, the Job Links crew learned all about the important topic of managing work-life balance - and we did it with a twist! We played a fun game that had everyone thinking about how to prioritize work commitments, personal time, and self care!

We learned about how we only have so much room in our “cups” for things in life that matter to us, and that it’s important to make sure not to fill them up too much - or else you might get overwhelmed!

It was an exciting morning for the Job Links Club! We had a fantastic tour of 2 Crows Brewing, thanks to the incredible team members Eric and Jenn. We learned a lot about the brewing process and got to taste some of their amazing craft beers. Cheers to new experiences and great connections! 🍻

Congratulations Jeff 👏

Jeff recently gained employment with Atlantic Superstore!

Jeff created a goal to gain employment in the community. To reach this goal, he knew he would need employment skills and experiences.

Jeff joined Options, which is a program introducing him to all options available in the community. After exploring many ideas, Jeff joined Job Links to start his job search. While learning from his co-worker’s first hand experiences, he created his resume & attended job fairs!

Jeff explains, "I did it, I got a job in the community. I worked hard and it paid off."
