We’re launching a 4-Week Introduction to Track & Field program in partnership with Athletics Nova Scotia!
is the non-profit governing body for track & field, cross country, and road running in Nova Scotia. They provide training, competition, and opportunities for ALL ages and abilities, and are a proud member of A HUGE thank you to everyone involved in making this happen!

If you’ve ever wanted to try track and field, here is your chance. Open to everyone - don’t be shy! Come take advantage of this FREE opportunity! 💙

These boxes hold 75 pairs of brand new, never-worn children’s winter boots for boys and girls, just delivered and ready to be sorted for families in our community. 🥾❄️

A heartfelt thank you to and for this generous donation. These boots mean warm feet, safer walks, confident mornings, and children ready to face winter — no matter the weather.

January Schedule – FREE Drop-In

Happy New Year! We’re kicking off January with open gym drop-ins that are free for all ages — and it’s about more than just basketball.

🏀⚽🤸‍♂️ For younger ages, the gym will be split into two courts, giving youth space to:
• Play basketball
• Try soccer and other games
• Explore movement
• Choose what they enjoy most

This winter is all about open play, creativity, and fun — with less structure and more freedom to move.

All Drop-In Age Groups:
• Ages 5–7
• Ages 8–10
• Ages 11–12
• Ages 13+

📌 Details:
✔️ FREE
✔️ Open gym / drop-in
✔️ No registration required
✔️ Gym capacity capped at 30 youth

We’ll also be welcoming other sport organizations throughout the winter to introduce new activities — details will be shared in advance.

📍 Location: J.L. Ilsley High School
👥 Divisions: U10, U12 & U14 – Boys & Girls

• 4 Games Guaranteed
– 3 Round-Robin Games
– Semifinal
• Championship Game – Live streamed
